Welcome to three new Achieve Twin Cities board members
We’re delighted to introduce three new members of the Achieve board of directors, who bring a wide variety of professional backgrounds and expertise to our board leadership.
Roma Anderson Milton is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for UCare and a key member of the UCare senior leadership team in leading human resources for the organization. Roma brings broad HR knowledge to the Achieve board, with broad experience in various organizations and industries in domestic and international markets. Roma is an Assistance League advisory committee member, a mentor for Menttium and governance member for Evanta.
Ling Becker is Director of Workforce Solutions for Ramsey County, where she oversees the delivery of workforce services and programs in partnership with community-based organizations. Ling serves in several community leadership roles, including the Federal Reserve’s Ninth District Advisory Council. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota at Morris and a master’s degree from Syracuse University, where she was a Woodrow Wilson Fellow.
Susan Soldin is Medtronic Vice President, Human Resources Neuroscience Portfolio. In this role she leads talent, culture and organizational priorities partnering across the Neuroscience Portfolio, its five Operating Units and approximately 10,000 employees to enable Medtronic’s mission and become the undisputed leader in healthcare technology. Susan received two of Medtronic’s most prestigious leadership awards in 2021.
