Accounting and Finance Manager

The accounting and finance manager is responsible for full-service GAAP-compliant accounting for a complex accounting structure including multi-department organizational funds as well as significant flow-through funds that AchieveMpls manages on behalf of Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS). This position also manages and reports on all MPS department and school funds and oversees data integrity and integration for the Raiser’s Edge database.

Career & College Center Coordinator: Patrick Henry Senior High School

The Career & College Center (CCC) Coordinator will work with school and community-based staff to coordinate career and college planning activities and manage the school’s CCC. They will also collaborate with AchieveMpls staff to ensure that the organization’s programming is integrated into the CCC.

Step Up Employer Engagement Associate

The Step Up Employer Engagement Associate provides vital support to Step Up partner companies and staff to maximize summer internship opportunities. Working alongside the Step Up program team, the Employer Engagement Associate will develop and execute strategies for engaging current and prospective employers at Minneapolis-St. Paul companies. They will also match youth to internships, assist in student work readiness trainings and other large-scale events.
