Step Up Youth Services Manager
This team member manages AchieveMpls engagement with Step Up youth participants, and works with Step Up partners, school staff and community-based organizations to ensure that all program elements are well-coordinated and communicated effectively with young people and partners to achieve the program’s goals and objectives. This is a new position that expands our small monitoring and evaluation (M & E) team from one to two full-time staff. This team member will assist in developing and executing overall M & E strategy, manage the integration, storage and analysis of quantitative data in Salesforce database, and help make data more accessible and useful to program staff to inform and strengthen service delivery and program management.
