Career and College Readiness Coordinator (multiple positions)

The Career and College Readiness Coordinator manages our high school Career & College Centers in Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) and Career Pathways Centers in Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS). As a key member of the school counseling team, the Career and College Readiness Coordinator directly advises and guides students in their career and postsecondary exploration and planning. Career and College Readiness Program Manager

The Career and College Readiness (CCR) Program Manager (a career pathway-focused position) provides leadership and management support for AchieveMpls Career & College Readiness Coordinators in 11 Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) high schools. They collaborate with both school and district CCR leadership to deliver a comprehensive system of services to support postsecondary success for all students and build community support for career and college readiness. This individual also serves as the AchieveMpls program lead for career readiness expertise and develops career exposure strategy, systems and opportunities for our school-based work in collaboration with the Step Up Youth Employment Program and our district and community partners.
