Career & College Center Coordinator

The Career & College Center (CCC) coordinator manages their school’s Career & College Center, collaborates with school and community-based staff to implement career and college readiness systems and activities, and directly supports students in their career and postsecondary exploration and planning. We currently have part-time positions (.5 FTE) open at Longfellow Alternative High School and The FAIR School. Our hiring team will be selecting either two candidates (one for each school, part-time), or one uniquely qualified candidate to serve at both schools (full-time).

Step Up Youth Services Assistant

The Step Up Youth Services Assistant provides vital support to students as they begin their participation in the Step Up Youth Employment Program, complete their work readiness training, are matched with summer career opportunities, and navigate employer hiring and onboarding processes. This team member serves as a primary point of contact for youth who have questions, need to adjust their schedules or update their internship records. This is a full-time, temporary position (four months).
