What we do

We run innovative career & college readiness programs, host public education events and manage Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) funds and awards. We believe that all young people can achieve their greatest potential in school, work and life when they have strong schools and a generous community to support them.

Each year, we connect students with hundreds of community volunteers through our career exploration events and Step Up Mock Interviews.
