Heidi Draskoci-Fricke (she/her/hers) has been working in the nonprofit sector her entire career, doing everything from program management to communications to development work. Before joining the Achieve Twin Cities team, she worked at Minnesota Public Radio organizing engagement events for major donors. She has also served as the Events and Communications Manager for Angel Foundation and in various roles at Circus Juventas, most recently as School Director. In her former life, she worked as a dancer, dance teacher and choreographer.

Heidi earned her B.A. in mass communications from Winona State University. In her spare time she loves to cook (and eat… and feed other people…), write songs with her partner, watch cooking/baking shows, pretend to dance salsa and go for long luxurious runs. She lives in St Paul with her husband and a three very loved and adored dogs.
