Thanks to Minnesota DEED for renewing its support through new Youth at Work grant

Governor Tim Walz announcing the DEED Youth at Work grants

Our tremendous thanks to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) for its renewed support for our school-based career and college readiness services through their Youth at Work program!  Achieve Twin Cities is one of 47 organizations in Minnesota to recently receive $7 million in grants to provide workforce development and training opportunities for young people.

DEED is a strong partner in our commitment to providing comprehensive career advising for students in Minneapolis Public Schools and Saint Paul Public Schools and introducing young people to a wider range of opportunities, including 2 and 4-year degree programs, skilled trades, apprenticeships, earn-and-learn programs and much more.

Together, we are working to ensure that our young people have the resources, guidance and opportunities they need to achieve their career and postsecondary dreams and financial independence. Thanks, Minnesota DEED!
