STEP-UP Achieve employers provide 6-10 weeks of paid summer employment to talented young interns from mid-June to mid-August at the cost of $7.25 or more per hour. All interns receive work readiness training certified by the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce before starting their placement.
It’s easy to set up a job placement with STEP-UP Achieve. Our staff will work closely with you to match the skills and interests of our interns with your organization’s specific needs, and provide ongoing support during the summer to ensure success.
