Eh Soe (she/her) is an artist and youth worker whose practice centers on themes of identity and community. Through her work, she investigates how cultural identities strengthen our relationships with one another. Before coming to Achieve, Eh Soe served as a teaching assistant for Saint Paul Public Schools, a cultural liaison for Saint Paul Public Libraries, and a community muralist and teaching artist. All of these roles have contributed to her passion for working with and for young people. 

Eh Soe is also a graduate student in the University of Minnesota's youth development and leadership M.Ed. program. As a past recipient of a Fullbright Teaching Assistant Program grant in Taiwan, she taught English for 10 months on a little island called Kinmen. During her free time she likes to draw or paint while listening to audiobooks. She is also a proud auntie to eight cats, whom she loves equally.
