Talia is an experienced educator and passionate about developing young leadership through education, mentorship and real-world experiences. Before joining the team at Achieve, she served in the office of admissions at the University of Minnesota, helping high school students and their families navigate the college search process and explore career pathways.

Talia has also led as a teacher, curriculum developer, and learning facilitator for students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade in a variety of full-day and enrichment programs.

Talia earned her B.S. in elementary education and an M.Ed. in educational leadership with concentrations in nonprofit management and higher education, both from the University of Minnesota. In her free time, she enjoys being active outdoors, cooking, reading, spending time with friends and family, and playing the piano and ukulele.
