Megan (she/her/hers) joined our team in 2019, bringing over ten years’ experience managing nonprofits and a demonstrated commitment to equity and social change.

Throughout her career, Megan has focused on providing facilitative leadership, financial sustainability, project management, and strategic direction to mission-aligned organizations. She uses a people-centered lens and systems approach to manage financial and human resources effectively so that organizations can reach their highest potential and fulfill their mission in the world.

Some of Megan’s positions prior to Achieve Twin Cities include finance and operations director at The Aliveness Project, managing director at the Center for Story-based Strategy and co-director of The Ruckus Society.

After growing up in “Minnesconsin”, Megan spent 16 years on the west coast and was happy to return to the Midwest in 2016 to be closer to family and bring back her acquired skills, experience and continued passion for creating change. Outside of her professional work, Megan is involved in a variety of community groups working for environmental and social justice. She can often be found playing trumpet with her band in the streets for local actions or petting every dog she meets.
