Lisa Beckham headshot

Lisa (she/her/hers) loves working alongside people and building relationships, using her skills to enhance programmatic partnerships and advance supervisory techniques. She brings tremendous experience in program management, supervision and partnership management as well as a deep knowledge of college and career pathways and processes. She is also strongly committed to anti-racist work and addressing economic and racial inequities in education.

Before joining Achieve Twin Cities, Lisa worked as an enrollment advisor at the University of Minnesota, where she advised students on professional development opportunities. She has also served as College Possible senior program coordinator, where she supervised a team of AmeriCorps members, managed ACT prep work for 11th graders, and piloted many programmatic initiatives. Lisa also spent several years in fundraising development, managing national call centers for higher education institutions.

A first-generation college graduate, Lisa earned her B.A. in psychology and French from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and her M.B.A. from Augsburg University with a focus on entrepreneurship. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, painting, swimming and spending quality time with family and friends.
