Introducing our 2016 Community Partners

Partnership for student success is at the heart of everything we do. Strong community partnerships lead to increased student achievement, enhanced social capital, and a greater likelihood of graduation and career success. We believe that all young people can achieve their greatest potential in school, work and life when they have strong schools and a generous community to support them.

53 of our partner organizations - businesses, foundations, public agencies and nonprofits - have demonstrated outstanding commitment to Minneapolis students through their generous financial and program support, as well as their strategic leadership and collaboration in this work.

We are honored to recognize these organizations as our 2016 AchieveMpls Champions, Advocates and Allies: 

AchieveMpls Champion: U.S. Bank 

U.S. Bank’s commitment to AchieveMpls is extraordinary. The company has provided over $100,000 in grants since 2007, and has created 346 STEP-UP Achieve internships, more than any other private sector employer.

AchieveMpls Advocates

Our eight Advocates have made a substantial gift during the past fiscal year or invested substantial time and talent in multiple AchieveMpls programs for Minneapolis students. They include Best Buy, Cargill Foundation, General Mills, Inc., David B. Gold Foundation, Pat and Tom Grossman Family Fund of the MN Community Foundation ,Otto Bremer Trust, Pohlad Family Foundation, the University of Minnesota and Wells Fargo.
