After two years with Teach for America, Rebecca worked as an education program officer for the Baton Rouge Area Foundation and led a coalition of community partners to create a technical education program for over-age youth. She also served as a program development manager for Teach for India, where she was involved with recruitment, training, curriculum development, and civic engagement. Rebecca is a graduate of Harvard University.
