Rachel joined the AchieveMpls staff in 2006 as an America's Promise Fellow, providing career and college resources to Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) contract alternative schools and facilitating service learning opportunities. Rachel currently serves as a Career and College coordinator at three MPS contract alternative schools, including American Indian OIC, Menlo Park Academy and PYC Art and Technology High School. Prior to serving at AchieveMpls, Rachel worked in nonprofit development and marketing. She has a B.S. in communication studies and sociology from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
