Elizabeth joined AchieveMpls in 2005. Earlier in her career she worked in the private and nonprofit sectors as a postsecondary recruiter, an employment facilitator at Pillsbury United Communities, a high school representative for Arts Institutes International, a recruiter for Twin Cities RISE!, and a store executive team lead at Target Corporation. She has a B.A. in communication from the University of St. Thomas and an M.A. in educational leadership from Concordia University.
