Before joining AchieveMpls, Darla was Director of Finance at the Resource Center of the Americas, where she provided accounting and financial management services. During her 14 years there the organization grew its budget tenfold and undertook a robust capital campaign. Darla has also provided accounting to a specialty bookstore and the social services field. She has a B.A. in psychology from the University of Minnesota and an M.A. in liberal studies from Hamline University.
