Anne joined AchieveMpls in 2005 to work with STEP-UP Achieve. During her five years with the summer jobs program, it expanded from 200 to more than 650 students. She also introduced a rigorous work-readiness curriculum and helped raise more than $400,000 in STEP-UP wage subsidies. In 2010 Anne was named Director of Operations, and in this capacity she oversees all business relationships, human resources, technology infrastructure, and office systems. She taught tenth grade English at Burnsville High School before joining AchieveMpls. Anne has a B.A. in English and secondary education from Winona State University.
